Without warning though, She begins to fall in love with the younger of her masters, Sheftu, a noble who wants to restore Thutmose III to his throne. Now Mara must decide which side she is on, before it is too late.
I find this a thrilling tale that seemed to bring me into Mara's shoes, and felt torn myself on which way she should go. I really loved this book, and I do believe it's going on my favorites list.
